This privacy policy (hereafter – ‘Privacy Policy’) sets out and explains how we process your personal data.

  1. Public institution ‘Travel Lithuania’ (hereafter – the ‘Institution’ or the ‘Data Controller’) is the operator of the Lithuania.travel website (hereafter – the ‘Website’).

  2. The terms set out in this Privacy Policy apply to each person who visited the Website each time you access our content and/or service, regardless of the device (computer, mobile phone, tablet computer, etc.) you are using.

The Data Controller processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereafter – the ‘Regulation’), as well as other data protection regulating legislation.
